Cancellation Policy
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a waitlisted class, your spot will be given away to a standby guest if you’re not checked in 5 minutes before class. Therefore, always allow at least a 5 minute window to ensure your spot is safe (you never know if the class you’re in is waitlisted). All cancellations must be made through your online account and CANNOT be made over the phone or through email. League adheres to an 8 hour cancellation window for both our 6:00am and 7:10am classes. A 4 hour cancellation window applies to ALL other classes on our schedule. If you fail to remove yourself online prior to the applicable cancellation window, your account will be deducted as if you attended the class or result in a $20 charge to the credit card associated with your account.
AUTO-RENEW CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the 12 month Auto-Renew contract requires 60 days written notice to League management and is subject to a $300 cancellation fee. At the end of the 12 months you will have the benefit of continuing the Auto-Renew membership on a month-to-month basis. Email info@leagueyyc.com to suspend your membership at any time for $50.
REFUND POLICY
Class credits and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to never-used or partially-used class credits and memberships.
AGE POLICY
Guest must be age 16+. Minors need parent or guardian consent and waiver.
